Conference Rates

The following rates apply to IADIS members with valid memberships and also to non members.

Please note:

• Regular rates include: attendance to all sessions, Proceedings (Book + CD-ROM), Coffee Breaks, and 2 Luncheons.
• Only student rates (authors of full/short papers, posters or participating in the Doctoral Consortium) DO NOT include book of proceedings (only CD of proceedings).
• Student rates (non-authors) include attendance to all sessions, CD-ROM of Proceedings and Coffee Breaks (lunches are not included in these rates). 

* For regular rates only: please note that if you do not attend the conference for any reason, only the CD with the proceedings will be sent to your mail address upon request (extra mail charges are paid if you want the book of proceedings).

** The student rates apply to full time students only (Declaration of University stating full time status must be sent by fax with the registration form - otherwise it won't be considered).

IADIS Membership - 75 Euro (Valid for one year membership)

Conference Tour and Dinner - 65 Euro

Book of Proceedings - 60 Euro (1 book is included with all non-student registrations)

CD of Proceedings - 30 Euro

Author presenting more than one paper - 200 Euro per additional paper (or poster).

The following rates apply to the number of pages of final submissions:
