Hotel Information

 

A block room reservation is provided at the DOLMEN RESORT HOTEL, the official hotel for the conference and conference site, for the convenience of the participants and are to be assigned on first-come first-served basis. 

 

Room rates for different accommodation options:

Room rates are as follows (Net rate per person per day in Maltese Liri, Lm). An approximate quotation in Euros is included near each price. These will vary with exchange rates. Maltese lira fluctuates between 2.29 and 2.5 Euros. Quotes here are taken at a 2.4 Euro rate. June exchange rates will be applicable:

Hotel reservations
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation should complete the relevant parts of the Hotel Reservation Form (RTF file, PDF file) and return it by fax or by email. For bookings contact the hotel at sales@dolmen.com.mt
The hotel will send you a confirmation of reservation by fax, or email.

Personal extras (mini-bar, phone calls, ...) shall be paid directly at the hotel's reception, while doing the check out.
